Order Handling Time:

UK Delivery:

• Free Delivery: Orders over £30 – 3-4 working days.
  
• Orders under £30: Charge £2.99 Delivery fee – 3-4 working days.
  

All deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday) between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Remote Areas: Delivery to remote areas may take up to 5–6 working days.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched by Monday.

If your order shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist you. You may also contact the courier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.
