At RugsPile, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • You changed your mind and wish to cancel (as long as you request cancellation within 14 days).

Please note: Refunds for “change of mind” orders are issued once your returned item passes inspection (see Return Policy).

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or “final sale” items
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after 14 days
