Are your rugs in stock?
Yes, all rug pages on our website display real-time stock information. You can easily check if a rug is in stock and which sizes are ready for immediate shipping from our UK warehouse. If a rug is out of stock, you can sign up to receive notifications when it becomes available again.
Can I return my rug?
Yes! You can return any rug within 14 days, provided it is unused. If the size or colour doesn't work for your space, you can easily return it.
Are the rug colours the same as in the photos?
We strive to show the most accurate colours possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, or device settings. If you need more photos, feel free to reach out to us for additional close-up images.
Do your rugs shed?
Some shedding is normal with certain rug types, especially shaggy rugs. Synthetic rugs, like those made from polyester, shed minimally. Shedding typically decreases after a few weeks of use.
What materials are your rugs made of?
